Why are eyebrows so important?

Looking from a cosmetic side and not an anatomy point of view brows completely frame, give structure, lift and define your facial features.

Who is suitable for the treatment?

Almost everybody can proceed with the HD Brow treatment once they have completed a patch test.

However some skin conditions, health issues and medication can prevent you from having HD Brows. A few to mention are: -

- Dermatitis/ Eczema

- Recent Chemical Peels

- Skin infections

Minimal Hair can limit the result and not everybody’s skin will tint.

Training and Qualifications?

Our technicians have completed the HD Brow course from Nouveau Contour and have passed a series of qualifications.

Each client and treatment may vary slightly due to the necessary correct procedure from the above required on each visit.

The Risks

As there is with any treatment there are unfortunately some risks.

You may have some swelling, rash, redness and even sometimes a small amount of superficial skin cells can come off the skin leaving the area feeling sore.

As trained professionals we endeavour to keep this to a minimum but unforeseen occasion can happen, aftercare and advice will always be given.

The normal redness and slight swelling normally reduces within a few hours of treatment, mineral make-up is applied to the skin after treatment to calm and camouflage. However, each person can react differently and this is only a guide line.

How long will HD Brows last?

Everybody varies and through experience the results show that obviously the more hair the brow has the longer the results will last, anything up to 2 – 3 weeks.

The tinted skin however, will fade much quicker lasting only a few days.
